GBS is offering short duration Management Development Programmes (MDPs) customized to the business requirements across industries. These MDP are designed keeping in view the changing needs of business/professional executives. We review the program content of standard MDPs on a continuous basis. The aim of the MDPs is to support management systems and practices in the Indian industries by providing relevant training to the executives across industries & sectors. The objective of the MDP is to improve management systems by building competence at various levels in the corporate, non corporate and public systems to take on a leadership role in their position – individually and collectively.
